Refund policy
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction that you have with us is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We therefore follow a no refund and no return policy. Some irregularities in weaves cannot be considered a defect. We can't give any guarantees on colour fastness.
Slight colour variations can occur due to camera lighting. Please follow the wash and care instructions. Damage caused by employing the wrong methods of wash and care will not be eligible for exchange.
Your order is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following criteria:
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
- If you received a wrong product
In such cases please contact our team on WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery and please return the product within 7 business days of receiving it in an unused condition. Once we receive the product from your end, You can expect a refund by 48hours to 72 hours.
The product purchased on discount is not eligible for exchange/return/refund.
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are uncertain about your size, do contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram for any customisations or queries.
If you would like an alteration in the clothing that you have purchased, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram mentioning the alteration required. Our team will send you the address to courier the garment. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will be happy to alter it to your desired size. Please note, additional courier charges involved will be borne at your end.
No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed.
